The Asian Festival 2026 — in support of the children

On 13 and 14 June, the sixth edition of the Asian Festival took place on the lawn next to “Toplocentrala” in South Park, Sofia. This year it was dedicated to a charitable cause — support for the Association “Children with Oncohaematological Diseases”.

In return for a donation, visitors to the traditional charity raffle could win one of more than 99 prizes provided by the festival’s partners and friends. The funds raised go to the association’s programmes — rehabilitation, sports initiatives and support for children and young people who have been through cancer treatment.

The festival is organised by the Embassy of Indonesia in Sofia together with the diplomatic missions of Australia, Vietnam, India, Cambodia, China, Mongolia, the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, the Republic of Korea and Japan.

Thank you to the organisers, to the partners and to everyone who took a ticket in the raffle. The Asian Festival Sofia is also among the donors who funded the Balkan Sports Games in September.
