Let’s celebrate life with Nati

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to a charity event under the motto “Let’s celebrate life”, organised in support of the Association “Children with Oncohaematological Diseases”. The party is being organised by the parents of Natali, who is celebrating five years of remission as a now healthy and happy child. The funds raised will go towards the summer camps for children who have beaten the illness and for their brothers and sisters, who also need support. Beyond the treatment itself, which lasts for years and sometimes a lifetime, it is important for survivors (children who have beaten cancer) to start living like their peers, to believe in themselves and in the strength they carry, and to be happy.

The camps themselves become a kind of celebration of life over pain and limitations, and during them the children take part in activities that help them recover after the hard battle.

The Association “Children with Oncohaematological Diseases” provides completely free support, in all the activities it offers, to children in treatment and to those who have beaten the illness. We invite everyone who would like to take part in the event.

The band “In the Mood” has already joined the cause and will contribute some great blues and rock’n’roll to the festive mood.

“We play blues. Of course, we also play rock and roll, as the two genres are interconnected. We are very much looking forward to the event in Sofia, because it is about a really good idea and a really good goal, and we hope our music will make the atmosphere even better. Blues is stereotypically labelled a sad style, but at the same time it is also the music of new beginnings, of overcoming problems, and we think this fits the idea of the event very well”

The event will take place on 12 August (Thursday) from 19:00 in Sofia, at B:EAT, 38 Evlogi Georgiev Blvd. (on the site of the Yunak stadium).

In addition to donations in the association’s collection boxes, the venues in the food-truck area will donate a percentage of their profits.
