Invitation to the General Assembly 2018

The Management Board of the Association “Children with Oncohaematological Diseases”, pursuant to Article 26 of the Non-Profit Legal Entities Act and Article 17(1) of the association’s Statutes, convenes a General Assembly on 27 November 2018 at 18:30 at the Golden Ribbon Centre for Social Rehabilitation and Integration, 26 Gen. Danail Nikolaev Blvd., fl. 1, Sofia, with the following agenda: 1. Hearing, discussion and adoption of the Management Board’s report for 2017. 2. Any other business. If there is no quorum, pursuant to Article 27 of the Non-Profit Legal Entities Act and Article 18 of the association’s Statutes, the assembly will be held from 19:30 at the same place and with the same agenda, regardless of the number of delegates present.
